We are growing and seeking a Project Manager to support residential construction projects in a collaborative environment. What You'll Do As a Residential Project Manager, you will oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, specifications, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate with trade partners and internal teams to develop project plans and timelines</li><li>Manage day-to-day operations of residential construction projects</li><li>Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns</li><li>Coordinate trade partners and suppliers to support efficient project execution</li><li>Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within scope</li></ul>What You'll Bring<ul><li>Experience in residential project management with completed projects</li><li>Knowledge of residential construction processes, building codes, and regulations</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Strong communication skills with clients and trade partners</li><li>Experience with CoConstruct or similar software and Microsoft Office</li><li>Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail</li><li>Associate's degree, technical degree, or equivalent experience preferred</li><li>Hands-on residential construction experience (carpentry, framing, finish work) preferred</li><li>Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds</li><li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>$65,000 to $80,000 per year (depending on experience)</li><li>Paid holidays and PTO</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Health, dental, life, short-term and long-term disability, and AD&amp;D insurance</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday Cypress Homes, Inc. - Building Homes &amp; Relationships in the Fox Valley since 1994.
