<h1>Warranty Coordinator/Project Assistant</h1><h2> Cypress Homes, Inc. -- Appleton, WI (local travel required)</h2><h2> </h2>We build more than homes, we build trust. If you're the kind of person who loves solving problems, rolling up your sleeves, and making homeowners smile, this is the perfect launching-pad role in residential construction.You'll be the steady, reassuring presence for our new homeowners and a helping hand for our construction team. Half your time is customer-focused warranty coordination; the other half is hands-on project support on active job sites. No two days are the same, but every day ends with the satisfaction of knowing you kept a project moving and a customer happy.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Partner with Project Managers on pre-closing punch lists and final homeowner walk-throughs</li><li>Own the warranty process from start to finish. Respond quickly to homeowner emails, diagnose issues onsite, coordinate the right trades, perform small carpentry/paint/plaster repairs yourself when possible, and keep everything tracked in construction management software.</li><li>Keep job sites clean, run materials and permits, stage model homes, and jump in wherever the team needs an extra set of hands</li><li>Spot quality or safety issues and speak up -- we celebrate "see something, say something"</li><li>Build real relationships with homeowners, trades, and teammates so problems turn into solutions fast</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Solution-focused fixer who stays cool under pressure and hates leaving things unfinished</li><li>True team player.
